Is the App Free ?
Yes !
Will this work on Windows Mobile 10 ?
Technically Yes ! The Beta Testers on Windows Mobile so far reported no such issues. However if you encounter any bugs/crashes using the app on Windows 10 (Mobile), let me know via Twitter. (Handle mentioned below)
Is Skimmer just another Twitter Client ?
No ! Skimmer is not a fully functional Twitter Client. We like to call it more like a Feed Reader, emphasizing on an interactionless reading experience, which by the way also lets you Tweet, Reply, Retweet and Favorite Tweets.
Skimmer does not let you see your messages, mentions or show a conversation tweet view, mainly because of some API restrictions. If you are someone in need of the features mentioned above, sadly Skimmer isn't for you :( (yet)
